Hey there! 

I’m Heather Lavinder — a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) based in Eastern North Carolina. I’m passionate about helping women who are navigating digestive issues, blood sugar imbalances, and fatigue feel their best so they have the energy to do what they love and experience more joy in their daily lives. While I primarily work with women, I’m here to support anyone ready to improve their health and feel better.

I've been where you are. I know how exhausting it is to wake up every day feeling miserable, frustrated, and wondering if anything will ever truly change. I spent years going from doctor to doctor, only to have my symptoms brushed aside or handed another prescription that never got to the real problem. Deep down, I knew there had to be a better way to feel like myself again.

That’s when I decided to take my health into my own hands. I wanted to understand how my body worked so I could finally feel empowered instead of stuck. Through Nutritional Therapy, everything began to shift. I’ve been able to significantly reduce the number of migraines I get each month, have the energy to enjoy the things I love again, and finally move through my days without constant stomach discomfort weighing me down.

Because of my own healing journey, I’m deeply passionate about helping others find real hope and lasting change. I truly believe that when you nourish your body with what it needs, you unlock a life filled with more energy, more freedom, and so much more joy.
