Have you been told your labs are fine, yet you still feel tired, bloated, or just off?

Are you doing all the “right” things — eating better, moving more, drinking water — but still struggling with things like brain fog, breakouts, digestive issues, or low energy?

Are you experiencing any of these symptoms?
Gas or Bloating
Constipation or Diarrhea
Heartburn
Skin Issues
Headaches
Fatigue
Trouble Sleeping
Hormonal Imbalances
Blood Sugar Imbalances

Maybe you feel good right now with minimal symptoms. What if you could stay that way by learning how to truly care for and nourish your body before symptoms show up?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, Nutritional Therapy may be for you!

Frequently Asked Questions

Why work with you?

You deserve someone who listens to your story, cares deeply about you and your success, and provides a plan perzonalized to your needs. By working with me, you will experience all of those things. Read more here about why you should work with me.

How are you different from a dietitian?

While both nutritional therapists and dietitians work to improve a person’s health through personalized nutrition and lifestyle support, their approaches are different.

Nutritional therapists focus on identifying the root cause and understanding the WHY behind a person’s symptoms. They prioritize optimizing health by supporting the foundations: a nutrient dense diet, stress management, sleep, digestion, and blood sugar regulation. The goal is to help the body function optimally before disease is present. Nutritional therapists do not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or illness.

Dietitians typically work in more clinical settings and often support individuals after a disease has already been diagnosed. They are licensed healthcare professionals who provide medical nutrition therapy and clinical nutrition guidance.

Do you accept insurance?

No. You may be able to use your HSA and FSA funds for my services. Please check with your provider.

Yes. Please email heather@radiantjoync.com for more information.

Are testing and supplements included?

GI Stool Map tests are only included with the Deeper Dive Package. Supplements are not inluded with any program but are offered at a 15% discount through my Fullscript Dispensary.

Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?

Both. I love connecting with people in-person but I do offer virtual sessions via Google Meet. Please email heather@radiantjoync.com to inquire about the location of in-person sessions.

How do I know if Nutritional Therapy is a fit for me?

Nutritional therapy may be a good fit for you if you are ready and committed to making diet and lifestyle changes, want a personalized plan with one on one support, and are willing to invest in your health long term. This may not be a good fit if you are looking for a quick fix or are not ready to make changes.
