Are you experiencing any of these symptoms?
Gas or Bloating
Constipation or Diarrhea
Heartburn
Skin Issues
Headaches
Fatigue
Trouble Sleeping
Hormonal Imbalances
Blood Sugar Imbalances
Maybe you feel good right now with minimal symptoms. What if you could stay that way by learning how to truly care for and nourish your body before symptoms show up?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, Nutritional Therapy may be for you!
The free 20-minute Discovery Call is a chance for you to learn more about Nutritional Therapy and how it may support your health goals. It also allows me to learn more about you and ensure we’re a good fit to work together. There’s absolutely no pressure or obligation to commit to services—just a space to connect and explore your options.
1. Free Discvoery Call
If you decide Nutritional Therapy is a good fit, I’ll send you the intake paperwork. This includes a health history review, a 3-day food and mood journal, and a comprehensive nutritional assessment questionnaire. This step is a key part of the process, and I encourage you to take your time completing it thoroughly. The more insight I have, the better I can support you on your health journey.
2. Intake Paperwork
Once your payment and intake paperwork are submitted, we’ll schedule your 90-minute initial consultation. During this session, we’ll dive into your forms and have an in-depth conversation about your health history, concerns, and goals. This helps me get a full picture of what’s going on so I can begin making connections and identifying patterns.
3. Intitial Consultation
Within a few days of the initial consultation, you’ll receive your personalized recommendations, which may include nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement guidance.
4. Personalized Recommendations
From there, we’ll meet for 30-minute check-ins every 2–3 weeks to evaluate your progress, make any necessary adjustments, and update your personalized recommendations. You’ll have unlimited email support for any questions between visits, and I’ll provide educational materials tailored to your specific needs.
5. Ongoing Support
At the end of our time together, we’ll reassess your progress using updated paperwork, including a follow-up questionnaire. Then, we’ll discuss your next steps. Whether you choose to continue working together or move forward independently, I’ll provide you with a personalized plan to support your continued success.
